Receive three weekly personal training workout videos and a healthy recipe ebook!! This program is for women who want the ability to have a personal trainer at their fingertips! Being part of Jennarate Fitness VIP group gives you just that!! You will learn valuable nutrition and health tips, be offered challenges [with rewards], encouragement, inspiration and held accountable to YOUR goals which is why so many women have experienced success in this group!!
Location: Lexington (my fitness studio) where you’ll have access to all my equipment and my workouts.
Workouts: 30 minute hiit/strength training OR low impact! Warm up and stretches are included, so plan to be here for 35-40 minutes
Price: One on one training: $30 per session
Group training (2 or more): $20 a piece per session
Availability: Tues/Thurs-5am-10am(subject to change based on availability)
Friday- 6am-9am (subject to change based on availability)
You’re required to book 2 or more sessions a week, UNLESS you’re a VIP member. If you belong to the VIP you can book 1 or more sessions (based on availability)
Commitment: Weekly OR Monthly. You can either commit to a week of training or a month of training. Payment is not accepted by session.
I’m a certified nutritionist. If you would like nutritional help, it’s an additional 5 dollars a session to get meal plans, grocery list, my recipe ebook, calorie help along with daily nutritional coaching! You’re required to do 3 sessions a week for these nutritional rates. 2 or less sessions a week will come with a different nutritional rate.

This is a monthly commitment and monthly payment will be due every 4 weeks before receiving weekly meal plans, grocery list etc.
Upon starting you will fill out a nutrition questionnaire. This will have information about your weight, height, activity level, goals, any food sensitivities, likes/dislikes when it comes to foods and much more. Once that’s filled out and completed I will then calculate your macros/calories. I will get a customized meal plan together for you weekly and I will educate you on macros and how to log everything. We will communicate daily to make sure you’re hitting your macros each day. If not I will guide you on how to reach that goal by giving suggestions on what to add/subtract etc.
There will be monthly measurements, so I know if your percentages are working for you or if they need to be adjusted!
