This is a monthly commitment, with payment due every four weeks before receiving your customized meal plans, grocery lists, and other materials.
To get started, you’ll complete a comprehensive nutrition questionnaire. This will cover essential details like your weight, height, activity level, goals, food preferences, sensitivities, and more. Based on this information, I will calculate your specific macro and calorie needs.
From there, I’ll provide you with a customized weekly meal plan and guide you through the process of understanding and tracking macros. You’ll learn how to log your meals accurately and make informed choices. We’ll communicate daily to ensure you’re staying on track, and I’ll offer guidance on adjusting your meals when needed.
To measure your progress, we’ll conduct monthly measurements to ensure your plan is working effectively. If adjustments are needed, I’ll fine-tune your macros and meal plans to keep you moving toward your goals.
