Hi! I’m Jenna Slauterbeck, owner and founder of Jennarate Fitness. When I started this journey in 2015, I had one goal in mind; to help women from all over the globe fall in love with themselves. And no, not because of anything to do with their shape, size or what a scale says! It’s about creating a lifestyle that prioritizes self care so you can feel mentally and physically stronger than they ever have.
As a certified personal trainer through AFPA and a certified nutritionist through NASM, I’ve been able to help thousands of women through one on one training and virtual training in our incredibly supportive group and our private YouTube channel.
In 2021, we took things a step further by bringing my husband, Nick, into the business. Together we have worked to add cooking ebooks, cooking tutorials, a 12 week virtual couples program and expert nutrition guidance.
And if you are worried you may not have time for a program like this, we are running this program with four of our own kids, so you can rest assured we structure everything to a busy lifestyle! This is why you will often see my daughter asking for dinner in the middle of a live video or me doing squats while holding a baby. When it comes to getting your workout in, we know to expect the unexpected and roll with whatever circumstances arise!

Location: Lexington (my fitness studio)
Workouts: 30 minute hiit/strength training OR low impact!
Price: One on one training: $30 per session
Group training (2 or more): $20 each per session
MUST BOOK 2 or more sessions a week, UNLESS you’re a VIP member.

Customized weekly meal plans to fit your needs/goals:
This is a monthly commitment and monthly payment will be due every 4 weeks before receiving weekly meal plans, grocery list etc.
Upon starting you will fill out a nutrition questionnaire. This will have information about your weight, height, activity level, goals, any food sensitivities, likes/dislikes when it comes to foods and much more. Once that’s filled out and completed I will then calculate your macros/calories. I will get a customized meal plan together for you weekly and I will educate you on macros and how to log everything. We will communicate daily to make sure you’re hitting your macros each day. If not I will guide you on how to reach that goal by giving suggestions on what to add/subtract etc.
There will be monthly measurements, so I know if your percentages are working for you or if they need to be adjusted!

“Hello, my name is Susan. I’m 57 years old and I joined Jennarate Fitness VIP in September 2020 and it was one of the best decisions I ever made! I had ballooned up to 173 pounds and was totally overeating and never worked out.
When I started the workouts, they were really hard, but I started walking to get in shape and the pounds started falling off. When I first started, I would try to run and couldn’t run a tenth of a mile without stopping and now I can run two miles. I learned a lot about diet and the right foods to eat and Jenna was there to answer any questions I had and to offer advice about diet and specific exercises for my problem areas.
Our Newbie Group was very supportive of one another and I was inspired by what others did to work out and got my butt up off the couch. I can feel myself getting stronger each week and can’t believe how thin I look now when I look in the mirror. Since September 13th I have lost 35 pounds and 35 inches including 8 inches off my waist! I am so happy I joined and looking forward to getting more toned in 2021!
